Classes and Private Sessions

“In 10 sessions you will FEEL the difference. In 20, you will SEE the difference. And in 30, you’ll be on your way to having a whole new body.”

-Joseph Pilates

If you are new to Pilates using a Reformer/apparatus, you must first take the Intro to Reformer class prior to registering for any classes utilizing the Reformer. (see schedule for dates and to register)

This class is free to give you a chance to try Pilates! Registration is required. You also have the option of scheduling a one on one session to satisfy this requirement. Please check out our Privates Intro Special on our Pricing page. This is a great opportunity to talk about your goals and needs more in depth with us. We highly recommend this option!

If you have 3 or more friends interested in attending the Intro to Pilates class please contact us and we can set up a special session for you!

How do I get the best results?

Consistency is the key. This goes for any workout, but Pilates works best when you do it consistently. Pilates not only strengthens the superficial muscles, but also the underlying muscles that support your spine, and that takes time. Once a week is a great start, but if you practice consistently you will not only notice a visible change in your body, you will also feel it making a bigger impact in your life than you thought possible.

Studio Policies:

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Pants that are past the knee are recommended.

Shoes and socks are not needed for Pilates and socks are optional for Barre classes.

We require that you bring your smile, bring your attitude and ask that you bring a friend!

12 hour notice required for a cancellation or reschedule. If you are unable to cancel within 12 hours or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be charged for that session.  With the 30-in-30 membership, please note that any no-shows or cancellations made after the 12 hour cancellation policy cut-off will be charged a $20 fee if abused.
