Core - Level 1
This class teaches the basics of the Pilates method and Principles. You will learn what the core muscles are, how they work and how to activate them correctly. Flexibility, strength, muscle tone and posture will noticeably improve.
Although this class is suggested as a first class, all ability levels are welcome! Many students may choose to stay in CORE 1 classes long term since no class is ever the same. Modifications will be made for each level of client to ensure that muscles are challenged and endorphins flow.
Core - Level 2
intense and work different muscle groups together at the same time to improve overall strength, endurance and efficiency in movement.
The CORE 2 is a serious full body workout. Expect to see significant improvements in strength, flexibility, posture and muscle tone.

Burn - Level 1
The jumpboard is a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing cardio method to increase heart rate and burn some serious calories. This class targets all the leg muscles, abdominals and back and increases muscular endurance.
BURN 1 is an all levels class! Beginners welcome! We keep the Pilates to the basics so you can really focus on perfecting your form. You might get a little sweaty and you’ll definitely see results!
Burn - Level 2
We still focus on spinal/ pelvic stability and core activation, but with a faster cardio pace though sections of the class. This gets your heart pumping and challenges you to jump harder, squat deeper, hold that plank longer and watch yourself get stronger.
This class also incorporates simple BARRE moves in it to blast the booty and feel the BURN!
Before taking a BURN 2 class it is suggested that clients have previous Pilates, HIIT experience and/or have taken 20-22 BURN L1 classes. This is an intermediate/advanced level class.

How do I get the best results?
Consistency is the key. This goes for any workout, but Pilates works best when you do it consistently. Pilates not only strengthens the superficial muscles, but also the underlying muscles that support your spine, and that takes time. Once a week is a great start, but if you practice consistently you will not only notice a visible change in your body, you will also feel it making a bigger impact in your life than you thought possible.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Pants that are past the knee are recommended.
Shoes and socks are not needed for Pilates and socks are optional for Barre classes.
We require that you bring your smile, bring your attitude and ask that you bring a friend!
12 hour notice required for a cancellation or reschedule. If you are unable to cancel within 12 hours or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be charged for that session.
