Virtual are worth 1/2 a credit. Our 12 hour cancellation policy applies to all our private sessions and classes.
**GRIPPY SOCKS AND MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES AND PRIVATES IN STUDIO.**
We explain what Pilates is, what it can do for your body and how it works to improve your daily activities and life. We do a 50 minute work out showing you many basic moves that are used in almost every class. This will give you a level of comfort when you start attending CORE 1 or BURN 1.
IF THE TIMES OF THIS CLASS DON’T WORK FOR YOU THEN THE OTHER OPTION IS TO SCHEDULE A PRIVATE ONE ON ONE SESSION. 60 MINUTES
We will focus on teaching you the Pilates Principles. You will learn what your “core” muscles are, how they work and how to activate them correctly. Flexibility, strength and posture will improve.
But please do not mistake this class for easy. The Basics of Pilates can be the most challenging to master! This class is geared towards giving you a safe, positive, supportive and warm environment to learn from us. This is where to start. 50 minutes
Burn - Level 1
BURN 1 is an all levels class! Beginners welcome! We keep the Pilates to the basics so you can really focus on
perfecting your form. You might get a little sweaty and you’ll definitely see results!
50 minutesThe jumpboard provides an excellent and non-weight bearing cardio method to increase heart rate and burn some serious calories. This class targets all the leg muscles, abdominals and back and increases muscular endurance.
Burn - Level 2
50 minutesBefore taking a BURN 2 class it is suggested that clients have previous Pilates, HIIT experience and/or have taken 4-6 months of BURN L1 classes. This is an advanced level class.
Core - Level 1
All ability levels are welcome! Many students choose to stay in CORE 1 classes long term as each class is different and always pushes you. Modifications will be made for each level of client to ensure that muscles are challenged and endorphins flow. 50 minutes
Core - Level 1.5
efficiency in movement. Expect to see significant improvements in strength, flexibility, posture and muscle tone/definition. Before taking a CORE 1.5 class, clients should have consistent prior Pilates experience of 5-7 months. This is an intermediate level class. 50 minutes
Core - Level 2
50 minutesCore 2 is designed for students with a consistent Pilates practice of at least 8-12 months. This is an advanced class.

Private Pilates sessions are a great way to get that one-on-one attention we all sometimes need. Whether you are recovering from an injury, getting your body back after childbirth, brand new to Pilates, have specialized needs for your lifestyle, or want to focus on what your particular body requires, private sessions give us the ability to fine-tune your Pilates practice for your specific needs.

How do I get the best results?
Consistency is the key. This goes for any workout, but Pilates works best when you do it consistently. Pilates not only strengthens the superficial muscles, but also the underlying muscles that support your spine, and that takes time. Once a week is a great start, but 2-3 times a week is best. There should be rest days to let muscles recover and build. If you practice consistently you will not only notice a visible change in your body, you will also feel it making a bigger impact in your life than you thought possible.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Pants that are past the knee are recommended, and a shirt or tank top is required.

AT THIS TIME PAPER OR SINGLE LAYER CLOTH FACE MASKS ARE ALSO REQUIRED.
We require that you bring your smile, bring your attitude and come on time!
CANCELLATIONS: 12 hour notice required for a cancellation or reschedule. If you are unable to cancel within 12 hours or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be charged for that session. On all memberships, please note that any no-shows or cancellations made after the 12 hour cancellation policy cut-off will be charged a $20 fee if abused. We consider abuse more than 2 classes per month where a reformer sat empty.
In order to best keep the focus on our own bodies during the session, Pilates Heartcore is a kid-free zone.
Pilates Heartcore reserves the right to determine what level class you are permitted to attend. We offer Basics to Advanced. Pilates is cumulative and going into classes you are not ready for can cause an injury. Muscular strength and a strong understanding of your Pilates practice will determine when you can advance into higher level classes. We work with you and see your progress. It is not the same as going to a higher level cardio or typical fitness class. Please trust the process.
