IF YOU ARE NEW TO PILATES WITH US AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ON A REFORMER YOU WILL NEED TO ATTEND OUR BASICS CLASS HELD ON SATURDAY AT NOON.
IF THIS DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU THEN THE OTHER OPTION IS TO TAKE A PRIVATE SESSION.
THIS ONLY APPLIES TO IN STUDIO. VIRTUAL ARE OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.

OUR VIRTUAL CLASS OFFERINGS ARE MAT PILATES.  IN THESE CLASSES WE COULD USE 9 INCH SQUISHY YOGA BALL, A BLUE THERABAND OR EQUIVALENT RESISTANCE BAND, A LARGE BEACH TOWEL, A KITCHEN TYPE CHAIR AND TWO SOUP CANS OR LIGHT HAND WEIGHTS.

 **THE ROLLER CLASSES WILL REQUIRE A 36 INCH LONG ROLLER.**

VIRTUAL CLASS OPTIONS:

CORE 1- ALL LEVELS- MAT PILATES USING PROPS FOR A CHALLENGING CORE AND TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.

BARRE- GOOD FOR ANYONE WITH KNEE, SHOULDER OR WRIST ISSUES WHERE MAT PILATES IS A CHALLENGE.   ALSO WE WILL KICK YOUR ASS IN THIS CLASS.

ROLLER- STRETCH- GENTLE CLASS FOCUSED ON RELEASE WORK.
