OUR VIRTUAL CLASS OFFERINGS ARE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WE NORMALLY TEACH IN STUDIO.  IN ALL CLASSES WE COULD USE 9 INCH SQUISHY YOGA BALL, A BLUE THERABAND OR EQUIVALENT RESISTANCE BAND, A LARGE BEACH TOWEL, A KITCHEN TYPE CHAIR AND TWO SOUP CANS OR LIGHT HAND WEIGHTS.

 **THE ROLLER CLASSES WILL REQUIRE A 36 INCH LONG ROLLER.**

VIRTUAL CLASS OPTIONS:

CORE 1- ALL LEVELS- MAT PILATES USING PROPS FOR A CHALLENGING CORE AND TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.

BARRE- GOOD FOR ANYONE WITH KNEE, SHOULDER OR WRIST ISSUES WHERE MAT PILATES IS A CHALLENGE.   ALSO WE WILL KICK YOUR ASS IN THIS CLASS.

ROLLER- STRETCH- GENTLE CLASS FOCUSED ON RELEASE WORK.
