New Students

Absolutely! Pilates is for all bodies at any fitness ability. It can ease back and joint pain as well as give you more ease of movement. While it is certainly challenging, it can be designed for everyone, no matter your age, ability or body type. Larger bodies can do Pilates and be fucking amazing at it! Do not let your insecurities stop you from trying a class or private session. We welcome anyone who wants to move with us. Pilates does not discriminate.

Our Philosophy

WE BELIEVE IN THE STRENGTH OF OUR DIFFERENCES. What works for your friend may not work for you. Each person’s journey is their own. Your growth with us will be celebrated as being uniquely yours. Our approach to each class takes into consideration that the needs of each student will be different. We take our time to explain and show you what you need to know in a compassionate and friendly way. No one will ever be shamed or made to feel like they are “doing it wrong” as they are learning. We want to make movement a positive experience for everyone.
